This service will be delivered via telehealth by an experienced and caring team of mental health professionals or psychologists at Guide Dogs Queensland, providing support that is flexible, accessible, and centred around your individual needs.

Psychology Services are funded through eligible NDIS plans or through a Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP).

A safe space to talk and be heard

Why Psychology Services could help.

When you experience changes in vision, it can take time to adjust to a new way of understanding and moving through the world. It is normal to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or emotional at different points along the journey.

Our Psychology Services provides a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. We are here to listen with empathy, help you make sense of your experiences, and support you as you navigate change at your own pace.
