- Participate in sports, games and creative activities
- Build confidence, teamwork and social connections
These programs provide a unique opportunity to learn alongside peers with shared experiences while developing skills for everyday life.

Peer support and connection
Social Happy Hour.
Social Happy Hour is a relaxed and welcoming opportunity to connect with others experiencing vision loss.
Open to people with low vision or blindness, as well as family members and friends, these sessions provide a space to share experiences, exchange ideas and learn from one another.
Sessions can be held online or face-to-face, making it easy to participate from wherever you are.
Many participants find comfort in connecting with others who understand the challenges and opportunities that come with vision loss.
Joining the sessions has been a fantastic way to meet other people and share experiences. I feel reassured and supported, and I've learnt so much about managing life after vision loss.
