Client Social Impact Survey 2025

If you have used services from Guide Dogs SA/NT in the last 12 months, you’re invited to take part in our 2025 Social Impact Survey. This survey is part of our Social Impact Measurement (SIM) Framework and will be open until the end of May 2025.

What is social impact?
Social impact is the positive change or benefit that happens to a person, their family, caregivers, and the community as a result of the services they use.

Why measure social impact?
At Guide Dogs SA/NT, we use the SIM Framework to improve our services so people with low vision and blindness can live the life they want.

How to complete the survey
If you have accessed services from Guide Dogs SA/NT between March 2024 and February 2025, you will be invited to complete the survey via email or SMS.
