Human Resources Coordinator
We currently have an exciting opportunity to work within our Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract, either full-time, or part-time at 0.8 or 0.9 FTE.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, The Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with the HR Team to support line managers, staff, and volunteers across a range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee record-keeping, training and Work Health and Safety, taking ownership of day-to-day processes.
The ideal candidate will thrive on a busy but organised schedule, where you have multiple priorities on the go. They will be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative within the scope of the role.
