Social and community recreation- What’s in it for me?
Getting out in the community or continuing recreational activities after a recent experience of vision loss can feel challenging.
With some clever strategies, tips and support, you can stay physically active, regardless of your level of fitness or vision and continue to enjoy hobbies.
Join us to explore how to return to your favourite recreational activities, hear other peers’ experiences, share your own tips and tricks and discover what’s available for you.
