Assistive Tech for Everyday Life: Reading after Vision Loss

Reading prints can be very challenging following a vision loss. Join us to discuss how you can access printed information regardless of your vision level.

From simple tools, to high tech gadgets, we will explore what can assist you with reading any prints – whether it be your daily mail or food packages.

Vision loss can be scary and overwhelming. You may feel concerned about changes to your independence and quality of life. You might wonder how you can manage many of the important tasks of daily life. Regardless of your level of vision loss, affordable and accessible solutions, tools and services exist to enable you to continue to live independently and enjoy life.

Learn a few tips about everyday technology, ask questions and share your experiences.
