Assistive Tech for Everyday Life: Learning about canes and Guide Dogs

Join us to talk all things about white canes and Guide Dogs. In this session, you will learn about the journey of a Guide Dog and how they can assist a person living with low vision or blindness. Find out if a white cane or Guide Dog is right for you.

Vision loss can be scary and overwhelming. You may feel concerned about changes to your independence and quality of life. You might wonder how you can manage many of the important tasks of daily life. Regardless of your level of vision loss, affordable and accessible solutions, tools and services exist to enable you to continue to live independently and enjoy life.

Learn a few tips about everyday technology, ask questions and share your experiences.
